I have the basic six disc changer in my SE Crew Cab, and would like to know if the Aux. Jack in the lower dash would play the sound of a portable cd player if I had a patch cord that went from the cd player to the aux. connection? I know that the SE has headphone transmitters for cordless headphones, but I would like for my kids to hear a movie if the opportunity arises. Does anyone know, or have tried this?
The AUX jack on the radio takes a 3.5 mm stereo plug, like a headphone plug. You can buy a 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo patch cord at Best Buy for a few bucks.

So you are saying that if I get the right adaptors, that I could broadcast a mobile dvd players sound into the truck's stereo systems speakers? If they are going through the stereo system, then the it would broadcast to cordless headsets, and therefore, the wife I could have peace and quiet?
I have the RF with the factory DVD and the cordless headsets will only play the DVD sound in the back seat. When you lean forward, the sound cuts off. You can listen to the CD Player or radio in the front seat while the back seat occupants listen to the DVD.
