I just noticed this weird sound from outside my 2004. I'm not even sure how to describe it - the vehicle runs flawlessly and is essentially stock. The only potential issue is it might be low on Freon, but the HVAC system is completely disabled during the video I've shot here.

Any ideas what this is?
