I have a 2006 Nissan Titan XE with 132,000 miles. I was towing over weekend and now truck will not come out of 4 low.
I have backed up truck multiple times and followed all shifting instructions in Manual. I also tried disconnecting battery
in case it was an electrical issue. Any Ideas?

If you've followed all the instructions in the manual, I'm guessing you were shifting while stopped and in neutral? If not, that's a requirement.

If so, I'd start with testing the shift motor and electrical power going to it. Pretty easy to do. Just get a multimeter and test for current on the circuit when you move the shift knob. Then pull the motor off the transfer case and test it for movement. If the motor is good, you have a transfer case issue. My guess is, either you lost power to the motor or you have a failed motor.

If you towed in 4Lo on pavement, you likely have a transfer case binding issue, however.
