Someone a few weeks ago was talking about rocks cracking their winshields. That sucked. Well, Sunday I was driving a wouldnt ya know. Started out as a 1" crack. Within about 20 seconds, it finally stopped growing. Right now it is long enough to make Ron Jeremy jealous. Sucks!! Probably not gonna fix it til after my deployment.

State farm paid for the repair that failed and the replacement windshield after the crack got larger. Maybe the titan will get a rep for crappy
windshields as well as soft paint.

I am really not trying to give it a crappy rep, but I did do some complaining about the paint as well:paranoid:

Well, I got the windshield replaced yesterday. So far the crack had split from the passerger side A piller almost to the center of the glass. Before I dropped it off I gave the glass a good punch:boxing: That split it all the way across. Wanted to make sure that I got my money's worth:) It was only $250 to replace it, so now all is good.

Oh yeah, I am gonna buy ANOTHER muffler. The magnaflow is still to quiet.

Check out USAA for insurance if your an active service, retired, or dependant, I know that it cost me about $20/6mos more to have 0 ded on Comprehensive, ie hail, glass breakage. Plus I couldn't find a lower priced insurance around. When the mighty stone cracked my month old Titan Windshield, I made one phone call and the next day they had it replaced.

I have USAA for everything except banking. Lately though they have been pissing me off. They are getting a little greedy with their interest rates on auto loans. When 4 banks offer 5% interest, and USAA wants almost 9% and wont budge, thats crap. I have loved using them for almost 6 years now, have my house, 2 auto loans financed with em, and all my insurance. Wow, that was kinda off topic rant:jester:

Anyway, my deductible was $500, so it was cheaper just to pay it out of pocket.
