I'm having a problem with my 04 titan. I have had it for 3 months now, I bought it pretty cheap with a lot of miles 210000. It does the stuttering thing around 40-70 mph but only when maintaining speed getting up to speed is fine. Its also going through a ton of coolant. I have to fill it about once every 2 weeks and it seems to be getting more frequent. Any ideas I don't have a lot of money and am not very mechanically inclined

Check the universal joints , pay attention to the one nearest the transmission.

It's quite common for them to fail at higher mileages causing a vibration.

As for the coolant loss, could be any number of things, radiator failure is common. look for leaks when it's hot.
