I'd say in the SE or LE, most likely, in the XE probably not. But I don't think it will do you any good unless you go the entire rockford fosgate route and get the amp as well.

Trust me... even WITH the OEM subwoofer, it would not improve the sound...

You are much better off going with an auxiliary amp and sub instead of the OEM unit. It is pure crap. Rockford Foster (NOT Rockford Fosgate), made in Mexico. Seriously... :dunno:

Check out Tech12volts. He has several options for you on his site... rear seat, passenger seat, driver's seat... worth a look.

NoFearEyes, I see you're from Melbourne. I grew up in Cocoa Beach and will moving back near that area in less than a year. I agree with others that the stock RF sub wouldn't work. About the tech12volt box they do have a good rep which is why I ordered from them but I am pretty disappointed in the box that I just ordered from them and personally wouldn't order one again.

I've got an SE with the standard (not RF) radio -- so I guess looking for an under seat OEM subwoofer wouldn't add anything to sound ?..?
There wouldn't be any feed because with the RF system the feed goes from head unit to amp to sub, and there's no amp in the non-RF system. You could probably rig something up from the feed from the regular system, which has a built-in amplifier, but it would sound like hell. If you want more bass, you'll need to jump for an amp & sub setup, or you might get a little more if you replace the door speakers with something that has more bottom end.

With the experience he claims to have I had high expectation that the box would be worth the extra money I paid but I feel like the box was built in a rush. I've found a few flaws in the carpet job, fiberglass isn't great, multiple staples sticking out and one of the terminal is all hacked up. Now I haven't put my subs in the box yet so I'm not sure on how well it will hold up but I will say I received the box faster than expected. I was told 7 to 10 days for it to be shipped and I received it on the 10 day.
