I just purchased a 2008 Nissan Titan SE, this has the 6" Pro Comp lift. I noticed that the sway bar is hitting the bottom of the shocks. The mark where it is hitting is visible in black. Any suggestions?

You could swap to an adjustable length sway bar links and shorten it from where your current link sits. That would pull the bar down and forward just a bit. Be careful you don't pull it too far (too short a link) as you might cause it to flip forward and rub your rim lip, which is not good.
