Anyone know where I could find a universal swing arm that I can bolt to the top of my rear bumper? Just need something to hold a jerrycans and like a high lift jack?

Anyone know where I could find a universal swing arm that I can bolt to the top of my rear bumper? Just need something to hold a jerrycans and like a high lift jack?

Only one i can think of would be one that goes into the hitch receiver.
