tailgate

any know how to remove the black plastic housing around the tailgate handle? saw an older beat up titan:crying: the older day and half was broken off. looked like there were holes for snap in place followed by the adhesive tape. and good way to take all this off minus the handle? need to place a banner(decal) on the truck. thanks
