Yesterday I talked to Greg at PRG...

this is what's coming.... :jester:

6" Pro-Comp Kit with Sway-a-way's
CST end links
3" Rear Deaver springs and 1.5 rear block
Bilstein rear shocks
 :gunz:

Any Katy/Houston area guys avail on 15 or 16 Sep to help bolt this in?? I have a mech ability but light on tools / jackstands etc. I will furnish frosty beverages  and lunch. This would be a good time to check out the Cherry Bomb single chamber muffler too.

Thanks!!

You need to be in the hunt for a member by the name VShortt. Be nice. he is our area Guru when it comes to installing PRG kits. He is rather busy with some house-mouse stuff. But I am sure he will be receptive to your feeler for help should you grovel just right. LOL

VShort and a few others did the lift, audio, lights and maybe more on DITM's (shiftyb's) Titan. They worked from early morning into the wee early hours of the next morning. There are some really good guys in the Houston area that can help out. It's just a matter of whether they have the time to do it.

I really hope that it doesn't take that long - Greg estimated about 5 hours for him to do by himself. But I know it makes a huge difference having a shop with a lift in it too.

I think if a couple of the guys have experience doing this we should be ok - the front is what I've never messed with and need an extra pair of hands for the rear.

It'd be cool to have this done so we can take the Titan to Colorado Springs

.

They also did audio and lights if I remember right. It didn't take them all of that time to do the lift.

That's reassuring!! I have read numerous good things about the local guys on here  it sucks working weekends :crying: and not being able to get to meet up when the rest of the world is off!
Oh well, I will sacrifice some sleep!

Sorry I just saw your thread. Did you happen to get your lift done? I know Vshortt has been quite busy. I was out this weekend celebrating my B-day. I've also been tied up with numerous things to do. Hopefully we can free up soon enough to get more lifts done including mine LOL!

no problem TitanR - NO no lift yet!
I never got any response so maybe I need to work on my thread title skills LOL!
but I only got 3 of the 5 boxes on Friday and the other 2 are still with UPS so it probably worked out for the best. I am gonna have a shop put it on since we are headed to Colorado. I'm just gonna have to take all this Shiner with me to CO

Let me know when you are gonna put yours on and I will come out and help.
