I replace valve body with new OEM valve body. But new TCM is not program. Is they a way to program with out taking to dealer

No there is not. Can you install the TCM out of your old VB into the new one? I have not tried that yet.
If you can swap them you will be ok. If not its a tow to the dealer.

A few companies have fully programmable stand alone tcm tuning capabilities, its very expensive though.

I have several Valve bodies. I will look at them tonight for you! See what can be done.

Had to get towed to dealer. If the valve body are the same with same brand of senoid you can swap TCM. If not tcm would have to be flashed. Dealer charge 110$ to program TCM today
