well after a year im thinking about giving it up!, i just cant take it no more, i wrote a thread a while back stating i got 18-20 mpg out of my titan, well let me tell you, i feel like i lied!, im not a liar but yet, boy oh boy! was i crazily wrong, ok i know hudson valley titan is gonna eat this up, but ok here goes im getting 14 mpg again, hmmmmm how the hell does this happen? well anyway after a year of my titan having to, getting the motor replaced, gas guage not working, 10-14 mpg, getting stuck, new motor knocking, 7 quart oil changes, im gonna try to trade it in this week....... i have to admit when i bought my truck it was the best thing since sliced bread, now i feel like it's the worst truck ever, no offence guys, i just wanted to say i appreciate all the great info i've got, and all the great people i met along the way.... thanks titantalk!

yeah that does suck. but you have do so what you have to do. I burn a tank of gas a week but my work gives me auto allowance, wife work gives her $50 a week and she doesn't even use her truck for work. I use synthetic oil and change every 6500 miles. yes it is costly and isn't saving me any money but it's better oil at 6500 miles that dyno oil is at 3500. Both my trucks are paid off. So with no payments, vehicle allowance and free gas It's easy for me to keep my trucks. I drove a little clown car for about 4 months for work use. I hated it. Got 30mpg but the extra insurance ate up the rest plus I am just not a small car person.
Good luck with your trade. I hope you come a head of the game. if you loose your azz and get higher payments it just may be cheaper to keep the truck.

Sure does suck, man. What the hell.........? What are those birds circling above...........are they...........sure as hell are. Damn vultures. Got any factory floormats for sale? How 'bout a billet grille? Surely you must have something. Just remember, accessories do nothing for trade-in value. Post pics. We'll circle, I mean check back.......:eveilgrin
