After careful consideration I finally picked up my 08' Titan LE SWB 4X4 (Black w Tan interior) last night. The truck is everything I hoped it would be and I'm sure will continue to impress. Okay, just a little pre-emptive statement. "What I'm about to say has never happened to me in the 27 years I've been buying and selling vehicles". I finally found a "no nonsense" , "all buisness" , "Honest" (yes, I said honest) salesman. I was about to use "Cars Direct" online, when a friend of mine said "give this guy a call, you won't be sorry". His name is Howard Weiner. He works for Power Nissan in Chandler Arizona which is a suburb of Phoenix, AZ. If you are even remotely considering buying a Nissan give this man a call! (480) 461-4321. No, I don't get a thing for saying all this! Howard is the Internet sales manager and he dosen't play games. The truck I mentioned wasn't on his lot and was on the lot of a competetor, it took almost two weeks, a pair of Howards season tickets to the Suns game, but he got the truck on his lot. Now , I did my homework on the vehicle prior to contacting him but once I told him what I wanted, he just replied " Look, I'm a volume sales guy, you tell me what you want and if we can do it I will". So I did and it was a done deal. I was in and out of the finance dept in less than 30 min and received the best delivery I've had to date. It was just a pleasent experience all around!

How refreshing to hear. Wouldn't it be great if the majority of members here had the same nice experience. I have that same nice experience here in NJ too ,but it's because my friend is the general manager and everyone knows we are social friends so they go out of their way not to play any games. Enjoy the new Titan, it's an awesome truck.

I had a similar experience. I found a dealer in Illinois who sells Nissan, Chevy, & Mercedes and I worked with their internet mgr. He claims that their dealership sells about 300 units/month via internet and 80 units/month off the lot...so they sell huge volumes. I visited the dealership before doing business with them and I was surprised at how little inventory they had. They locate the vehicle from other dealers and work a buy/trade with them. They will then load it on a carrier and deliver it to your front door. The internet sales mgr said that he very rarely meets the buyer/s. The day I was there they had about 15+ vehicles in back queued for delivery the following day.

Anyway, I told him what I wanted and he found a truck that met the exact specs within 2 days. Rather than having them deliver it (I lived about 60 miles away), they sent a courier to my house to drive me to the dealership. I was then able to look it over and test drive. Paperwork was done in about 5 minutes. It was such an easy experience that 2 weeks later I bought an Altima for my wife. I wouldn't hesitate in the least to buy a car site unseen from this dealership and have it delivered.

OBTW...both vehicles were bought well below dealer invoice. It was a no haggle deal.

Leo, I checked out their website as I was curious. Great prices and a pretty big selection. Would be great for anyone within a few hours drive looking to buy one. Great find!

Most car buying expieriences suck. But, I have to say mine wasnt that bad either. Everything was pretty straight forward, no crazy *** dealer fees and quick finance process. Plus, I got a great truck!

I wouldn't be surprised that the vast majority of Titan owners had a similarly good buying experience. It's just that people are far more likely to post about a bad experience. Kudos to you for making this post. I did most of my negotiating over the net and everything was as promissed and smooth when I went to sign the papers. If your in upstate NY give Garrand's Nissan in Platsburg NY a try, ask for Jason.
