I'm thinking about getting some 285/75r18 tires on my 09 Titan 4X4 and leveling it. I was looking around and found this. 2004-2014 Titan Rancho Quick Lift Leveling Struts And Shocks Kit Set Of 4

Has anyone used it? Would these wear out or need replacement? I live on a gravel road and go off road occasionally and something that would help with the ride sounds good to me.

Rancho is an OK brand, We've sold alot of them only to hear back for Warranty issues. They come pre-assembled out of the box which is great but sometimes the coil isn't lined up to match the top hat 3 bolts when installing or complaints on shocks rusting or the adjustment knobs are falling off. The upside is they come with a lifetime warranty. The Ease of installation out of the box makes it good. However, you can't go wrong with Bilstein 5100's, Only down side is that you'll have to re-use your OEM Springs and strut mount. It will also save you more money. Let me know if i can help. Bilsteins are 0-2"

I put on the ranchos and quicklift struts on my 07 big tow so far the ride is ok, however i am still getting a bit of wheel hop on interstate concrete and ive played with the settings alot. I settled in on setting 6 on stiffness. The front coils are stiffer than stock but i a good way. I also got airbags but havent had the chance to install them. I personally would choose the bilsteins. I had 24 hours to do the install and couldnt come up with the bisteins and springs in that time. one side the bolts didnt line up and I had to overcome the spring to get the bolts in. Not fun at all!. Make sure to disconnect the uca as the length is different enough you wont be able to mount otherwise. Good luck which ever way you go!
