Any 08 titan owners done the 2 degree advance? If have noticed anything difference?

As of now only the Consult 3 can advance timing on the 08s. Not every dealer even has a Consult 3 in their shop, it's even harder to find a dealer willing to do it.

I am wondering with the changes Nissan made in 08s ECU, is it still neccesary to do the timing advance? My 08 runs very smooth and strong.
