What does a CARFAX history tell you about the vehicle?

Assuming the pic you posted IS the vehicle. . . . Is it owned by an individual now?

Or were you test-driving it when you took the pics (driven off a dealer's lot)

I want to say a Huge THANK YOU to all who participated in this topic, especially @Greg78Titan, I got a Detailed Vehicle History report and this report opened my eyes to other undesirable pieces of stuff surrounding the vehicle, the reports say that the vehicle has 2 owners and had 4 reported accidents, worse yet it has theft records!. I am currently combining the advice on this platform with the information i received with the history report to say that I will not buy this vehicle anymore.
