Everytime the tire rotates there is a grinding or scraping noise. It is very hard to tell where it's coming from I think it is the front. I can really hear it if I let off gas around 25mph. Rear end was just rebuilt with trulock and the e brake has not worked since I have had it. Mostly I am just worried that it might have something to do with the mechanic shop that rebuilt the rear end. I am really hoping that it is not something serious I have been driving it for a while and the noise has not gotten louder. Any ideas?

Sounds like your front sway bar was flipped down instead of up.

Could be the bearings/hubs.

Did you jack it up and spin the tires as previously suggested? If it's not a bad bearing, then I would lean towards maybe a hanging caliper. How many miles are on the current set of brakes?

So the dealer said it sounds like a tire noise and there is some cupping? On the tires I really doubt that is the noise though

Cupping can get noisy.

I would also jack it up as previously mentioned.

Another possibility is the metal shield behind the rotors could be dragging and may just need to be straightened out a bit. If you had work done recently the shop may have bent it a little without noticing.

I wouldn't take it back in to a shop until you have ruled out possible wheel bearings, sticking brakes, or other items. Check these in your driveway so you can al least know which wheel it is, or rule out mechanical issues.

If your e brake doesn't work, there could be a piece of the brake pad dragging inside the drum too.

Depending on how bad the cupping is, you can probably see it with a visual inspection of the tires.
