I am in need of new tires. I have 2014 Titan SV with the stock 18" rims.*My*truck is*still completely stock so no lift or anything of the sort.*Does anybody know if I can bump up to a size LT285 /65 R18*on my Titan without any drawbacks? If not, why not? And if not, what size larger than stock do you suggest?

You can go 285 65 18. They are a tad shorter and wider. I like the 275 70 18s they are 33s and what come standard on the pro 4x Land vehicle Tire Vehicle Car Pickup truck

This was my old Titan when it was stock with the 275 70 18s

Yep^^^.

Discount Tire lists 275/70-18, 285/65-18 and 305/60-18 as valid "Plus Zero" sizes. Any would be fine. You can use their website or TireRack's to research differences in diameter and width, and also see what brands/models come in which size. Have fun!
