Hey guys I just wanted to know is the tire size 305/55/20 the same thing as 33x12.5R20? I have an 07 KC with the mini lift of 2.5" front and 1.5" rear can I fit either one of those without rubbing issue?

With stock rims off a newer Titan, or an 8" width rim with 5.5" to 5.75" backspacing, and probably an 8.5" rim with 5.75" backspacing.

Tires are like shoes. Some run larger and some run smaller than others. For the most accurate actual tire sizes you will want to check with the tire manufacturer's website.

305/55R20's and 33x12.50R20's are recommended for wheels that are at least 8.5" wide, 9" wide is ideal. (stock 20" wheels are only 8" wide).

If you are running stock 20" wheels take a look at the 295/60R20 size (about 34" tall). With your leveling kit and some minor modifications this size may work great for you. If you don't want to worry about modifications the 285/60R20 is slightly smaller (33.5" tall) and would be a great no hassle size option for your stock wheels.

Thanks for all the reply guys, I purchased the V-Tec Raptor Phantom Black Chrome from Discount Tire Direct this past Cyber Monday Sale the size is 20x9.5 but I don't remember the offset. I tried to find it again on your website to find out more info but it does not appear that you guys still carry it.

Ok guys, I just found the spec. for the wheels. So here it is

Size - 20X9.5
B.S. - 6.2
Offset - +25
Hub Bore(MM) - 106.2*
Bolt pattern - 6-139.7

Can you guys let me know whether I can fit either 305/55/20 or 33/12.5/20 for tires? If I can, which one would you recommend.

Those will stick out about 1.25" more than stock, so with a 305/55R20 there's a good chance for some light trimming, maybe mudguard removal, heat/reshape plastic liners. The 33x12.5's are usually more like a 32.8 instead of a 33.3 in an A/T, so might clear a little better even though they are slightly wider.

That's a pretty tucked in backspacing, so might have some inside clearance issues. Hope you don't have the RC UCA's or you will most likely.

Thank you for your support. With your 9.5" wide wheels and +25mm offset you should be able to run a 305/55R20 without any issues.

My guide doesn't have any specs for 17" wheels for the titan. You'd really need to test fit some different sizes. One of our stores may be able to help you with this. Give them a call, tell them what you are trying to do and they will do the best they can to help you.

Here's a list of stores in your area: Discount Tire/America's Tire Stores Search Results
