They never mentioned the 0-60 time for the Chevy....'cuz it sucks. then they would have to do what they should have done...put the Titan on top!!

The Tundra they tested was the only truck in the test that wasn't a crew cab model. Also, while they did test the Limited version of the Double Cab, which is the highest version of the Double Cabs, they should have tested the Crew Max version which is what the other trucks were.
TRD is just what Toyota calls the off road package and is available on all models that have a V-8.
Did you notice that the Tundra was nearly 1 second faster 0-60 and that the Titan didn't fare nearly as well on the rough roads? It appears that price was a major factor in the rankings, along with subjective things such as fun etc.

Sure they do....7.4, just a tick behind the Titan. After reading it a few times, I must be missing the part where the Titan beats the Tundra...other than coming in 2nd because of price.

"jumpy throttle"...WTF!

One of the reasons I like the Titan is the quick throttle response...if I wanted a sluggish, unresponsive throttle, I'd have gone with the Ford.

tundra sucks:boxing: lol. they are nice trucks and they should have tested the crew max but for a vechicle that basically hasn't changed in almost 4 years to not only compete but beat new trucks in overall standings means thay are doing very well. but i do think the tundra is mean looking only inthe crew max thought. it should have done more testing so it wouldn't have all the problems

The Titan ranks just behind the Silverado in ride smoothness. Exhaust rumble is a constant accompaniment, more prominent than wind roar even at freeway speeds. Off-road, the gloss drops away fast. The cab gets flexy-squeaky when pounded by bumps. After the leather of the Chevy, Ford, and Toyota, the Titan’s gray-fabric interior has an Avis-rental mood about it.

This is a fun truck, made even more appealing by the lowest price of the group.

Love the fun truck line, have to also agree with in seats in my 07

i don't understand why they tested the other brand name top models ..but a Titan SE vs LE ....especially when one of the negative comments was about the "fabric seats"
My guess would be availability (from Nissan) and price. As for the seat fabric, they'd jump all over the crap Nissan calls leather IMO...even if my cloth drivers seat have been replaced twice.
