I just did landscaping on my home, the Titan came in handy. I'm talking plants, mulch, dirts and a water fountain. Two trips was all I needed.
according to my 07 booklet the payload is 1420. With 2000 lbs of pellets, the stove and you in the vehicle you were WAY over. BTW pics next timemcaro said:Had to share my story... I just got a sweet deal here locally on a pellet stove that came with 3 tons of fuel for free if purchased by 31Jul. Well last night I took delivery of the stove and 1 ton of pellets, all in the box of my TITAN, I've got an '07 KC 4x4.
Needless to say I was abit nervous about heading down the road seeing as I'd blown my weight limit by about 500+/- lbs :teethmast but she handled it wounderfully. She was weighted down, bed riding on the rubber stop but hey I only had less than 10 miles to get it all home, yeeee haaaa !!!
I just checked out the stats on the 08's at the nissanusa web site and for a KC 4x4 payload is 1870 so I guess I wasn't streching that much...:
