I think the XE bumper isnt chrome, and the SE and LE is chrome. And like FishnAlaska said, non-sensor vs sensor as well.

Does anyone know if there is any difference between a 2004 LE rear bumper and a non LE model?

Any year/model Titan bumper will work on any year/model. They all mount the same, just chrome/not chrome, sensors/not sensors.
