Titan rescues Freightliner.

Pulled out a freightliner stuck in gravel the other day. He was just burying the back tires deeper each attempt he made. He used a small truck and a small tractor first with no luck. Hooked up to the Titan, put her in 4w-L and out she came!

I need to keep track of vehicles rescued with a sticker under the lid of the toolbox for each one... like fighter pilots marked their kills on the fuselage. Wonder where I can find a small sticker of a Freightliner? lol

Ok so it wasn't a tractor with a loaded trailer of pipes stuck in a tunnel, but I'm gonna brag anyway.

flexin the muscles were ya?
I would have told the guy to leave that Freightshaker stuck in the gravel, and offered him a ride in the Titan to go buy a Peterbilt.
Any videos?

Did you ease into it or did you get a running start??

I'm thinking you're not serious, but I have read about "snatching" a car out when using a tow strap so you get a rubber band type of effect. Never tried that technique though.
In this case I just attached to a hook into my reciever hitch at the rear onto a 15' chain he already had hooked to the truck, put it in 4w-L and eased the slack out of the chain and then slowly added the gas. I was pulling on blacktop and only had to pull it about two feet to get him free.
But I still get full credit..lol :D

awesome thanks for the answer! I figured you didn't get a running start but Ive learned not to presume anything with TT members:signed:
Nice pull man!
Funny what you said about the fighter pilot. Leadsled keeps a list of vehicles and qty of kills on the back side of his visor. Pretty funny i gotta tell yah
