Hey guys,

Remember TitanGod83? He scammed some people on this site using Walmart's MoneyGram? Fortunately those people got their money back..... well TitanGod83 struck again.

Yesterday I purchased Final Four Tickets for $400 off of craigslist from a guy named Justin Hinnes (sound familiar). His cell phone number was 303-408-1495. His address was 1244 Speer Blvd, Ste 500, Denver, CO 80204. Does any of this sound familiar?

He took out the money this morning. After not answer his text messages I did some research and searched his cell phone number..... sure enough a post from 3/2/2010 came up where he scammed some people on here.

I just want my money back and he isn't answer text. Can anyone help me on what I should do next?

just get with your bank and open a dispute on the charge. and even better if it's paypal do a dispute through them, it isn't to hard to get your money back just don't contact or threaten him, lol.

Just wanted to update everyone on the situation....

Thanks for the wonderful 32 page post on 3/2/2010 I was able to get enough information on the guy to e-mail him with threatening to turn him into authorities. I told him I wanted my money refunded and in hand within the next hour and sure enough, every dime was refunded. I appreciate everyone who posted on the previous post all the information about the guy. Thank you.

awesome on getting the money back, my hats off to I've been screwed before and i wish it turned out this flawless.

SOOOOO since you got your money back, just turn him in anyways. don't let him screw over anyone else, he obviously knows that he can get in some serious trouble with what he's doing. He knows he just got away with it yet again, and it probably just boosted his messed up ego for scamming more people. just my .02

I'd say he fits right into today's landscape because none of the major criminals are going to jail and nobody's doing f*ck all about it. A whole lot of people need a good old fashioned azz whoopin' these days because our so called criminal justice system is a bad joke and although TitanGod would be a good start for a beat down, he is hardly a major player.

Let me put it this way, if I had his address and he ripped me off, I wouldn't be calling someone to file a useless report or force him into some sort of puzzy plea bargain or parole and he wouldn't be ripping anyone else anytime soon because it would be tough for him to type with his nuts nailed to his forehead, lol.
