I'm almost coming back to another Titan, 2017, 4x4, Platinum. I would put the RC 2" and tire size around 33-34". My office parking garage has max height of 6'6 which is really about 6'8. Anyone know what the total height will be?

My 14 Silverado has a 2.5" level and 34" tires and it fits with couple inches to spare.

If you fit with a Silverado you should be fine. I park downtown a lot and get in fine. I have a 2" RC in front and 1.5" RC in rear on my '17 SV 4x4. Your antenna will however drag on ceiling. I opted for the shorty aluminum one so I don't have that problem. I doubt you can fit 34" tires with just a 2" level. Unless you are ok with decent rubbing. I have 33"s on mine and it rubs slightly at full turn. Orcourse my tires is almost 12" wide so if you went 33's with a narrower tire I'm sure you'd be fine. Good luck!

Thanks for the response. I bought it today and I'm super excited. I got the mono white Platinum. My only hang up is the infotainment system. It seems like 5-7 year old interface and the screen is small. Has this bothered you at all? Chevy Mylink is pretty dang impressive and comes with Apple CarPlay. Other than that, this truck is going to be fun!

Yeah Nissan's new interface is ancient compared to today's standards. One of Titan's major drawbacks but besides that everything else I'm happy with. Make sure you get the tranny software update though if yours didn't come with it.
