So when I bought my 2011 Titan, it had a aftermarket backup camera already installed at the rear plate.

Unfortunately the stereo is a aftermarket that doesn't have that capability.

Is there any the y'all would recommend? I want something good, but something that won't break the bank at the same time. Any recommendations?

I would look online at all the multi function touch screen double din radios.

like this: GPS Navigation HD Double 2 DIN Car Stereo DVD Player Bluetooth Radio MP3 In Dash | eBay

just search double din navigation radio and then read reviews online. they are getting way affordable and reliable now, they are all made in china stuff and i have buddies using some with great success.

camera:
so not sure what camera you have, but i would check the wiring and see where its run, odd that you have a camera already installed and wired but not working or connected to anything. seems previous owner removed whatever screen he had or what not. need to figure out how that rear plate camera is run.

trim:
also, depending on what center console u have, look at this thread where i just purchased the low cost Xterra trim piece. u may not need this because you state you already have an aftermarket radio, but if its not a double din, then you will need a double din trim.

I'm running a 2016 pioneer unit in mine. It was quite affordable as a base unit and you have the option of adding GPS if wanted. I didn't end up taking the GPS as my phone works just fine for that but what I really liked about this unit was for an extra $80 you could have your factory steering wheel controls connected as well. Total set up with camera install and wheel controls was under $1000 Canadian.
