I just bought on 06 Titan SE. It has tow mode but when I looked for a hitch threre is none. What the tow mode button for and why no hitch???

Alot of titans dont come with a hitch from the factory. So you have to get one installed or do it yourself.. And the tow mode just raises your shift points when engaged when hauling a good load... As far as i know all titans have the tow mode button... Hope this helps

how much can you pull from the bumber if I put a ball on there. I dont think I would, but just curious

Im not sure of the specs on the bumper tow rate.. I had my hitch installed when i bought mine. But im sure someone will ring in with the specs....

You're better off spending a couple of hundred bucks for a receiver style hitch. It's the safest way to tow anything with your Titan.

Bumpers are expensive (especially if you have the back up sensors). The hitch is cheaper than a new bumper. Put the hitch on an you won't have any worries.
