I have an '07 Titan SE. I have installed a hitch, helper springs, Prodigy Brake Controller (plug and play Titan connector), and plug and play trailer connector. I have connected my trailer and the lights work but the brakes dont seem to be working. The brake controller says the connection is good. Am I missing something? I think I read somewhere that a couple of relays need to be installed?

Yep, don't know about 07's, but my 04 took two; under the hood. Not sure if anyone else is carrying them besides the dealer.

As you are driving, grab the boost lever, and see what power level is on the display. Do you have the Prodigy set up correctly?. Can you hitch the trailer to a friends truck with known working brakes to make sure it's not the trailer. You can apply a full 12 volts to the trailer brakes while on a jack to see if the magnets are trying to activate the brakes.
Do you have a good ground?

Try any/all above...
