I was looking into getting the telescoping towing mirrors for my 2010 CC, and most say they are heated and power and will not work if your OEM mirrors are not both. How can I find out if I have heated mirrors other than wait until winter?

Any suggestions on best place to purchase them?

If you have the dealer run your VIN number ask them what features or options the truck mirrors are wired for. If the truck has rear window defrost it might have the wiring in the mirror for it.

Hope this helps you out,

I have power mirrors, but if I didn't and I had your question, I'd first remove the inspection cover in the door and see if a plug was avail, and if you don't have one to remove, take a look into the wire loom from the pillar to the door and compare the colors to what's in the schematic.

Then I'd have to decide if finding the switches for managing the mirrors was worth the trouble.

Thank you for your order. Have a great day!
oh, and for those wondering about the shaking issue with aftermarket mirrors...i ordered the Manual BT Mirrors and they do not shake as people have complained about with aftermarkets. they only shake when the BASS drops!
