Toyo Open Country A/T - LT285/75R18 (35X11.5R18)

Odds are that you could probably fit these since they're narrower than the typical 35. Definitely stick with your factory rims or some aftermarket rims with the same offset. You may still need to do the pinch-weld mod and/or remove your mud flaps (if any).

Thanks for the reply. I am sticking with the factory rims, that is the main reason I am thinking about getting this tire. It is narrow enough to fit the factory rim, but is nearly 35" (34.8").

I think I will call around and see if any tire shops have this size tire in to try.

I just ordered a set of these yesterday. They should be on by the middle of next week. I'll let you know how it works out.

Just got the Toyo Open Country A/T - LT285/75R18's on. They look GREAT. I have an 06 4x4 with the PRG leveling kit and they still rub though. I had to take the mud flaps off (I think it looks better without them anyway) but I still have some rubbing. Guess I'm going to have to do the pinch weld mod. These tires look giant compared to the stock tires. Very happy so far, but I was hoping to avoid the pinch weld mod.

How bad are you rubbing? I have the 2.5" PRG mini lift on my 05 2WD with the 18" wheels. Does anyone think rubbing will be less on my setup compared to the 4x4 with 18" wheels?

I really don't notice it while I'm driving but I can see it when I look under the wheel well while setting still. I would think you would have the same results I did. Call Greg at PRG, he could tell you for sure.

Finally got the new tires. I went with Nitto Terra Grapplers in 275/70/r18. Got them installed for $212 a tire. Is that a fair price? They fit nicely on my 05 SE 2WD KC w/ the PRG 2.5" mini lift. Anything larger like the Toyo 285/75/r18 would most likely rub.
