Was a lil confused due to the flange having a seal on the back of it...... so do i install both the flange an the seal?

Dealer told me they revised the old seal so now you got to buy a new flange with the seal? Any one have n e input on this

First what year truck are you working on?
Secondly what flange did they sell you? The yoke?
I know nissan calls their parts esp drive train parts by different names but thinking your referring to the slip yoke?
