2012 Titan with 40,000 miles. 3" leveling kit front, 1.5" back, with 33" tires. Nissan dealership blames lift/wheels for transmission failure. Rough Country says neither the lift or tires are cause for trans failure. Dealership suggests gearing & tuning. Should I be concerned if I don't heed their warning? Or, is it likely just a bad trans?

been running the same lift on my 2010 for 65k mile, no issues at all, as well as thousands of other guys. some have well over 100k trouble free miles.

I've been lifted since 2006 and just over 100k on the lift. Long tubes, high flows, and tuned for about 30k. No transmission issues. I drain and fill the tranny every 5th oil change (5k intervals). YMMV.
