Hey everyone I have a 2008 SE with about 115k miles on it. And last night out of no where it wouldn't lock into reverse. I topped off the tranny fluid and unhooked the battery and let it reset it worked at first but when I went to back out of a store it was gone again. Any ideas? Thanks.

Did the fluid look pink or was it more like a bubbly milkshake. If so, your radiator failed .
Fix: Replace transmission and radiator, The TCM (computer for transmission) is in the transmission and dies when fouled to coolant.

ELSE

Does 1st gear exist or takeoff seem slower ?
Fix: Replace transmission , the forward and reverse has failed.

OR

Takes off perfectly normally, just no reverse?
Fix: Have the valve body removed and checked, you may have a blown gasket or bad solenoid bypassing hi line pressure for reverse.
