If you have a working transfer case, and you get the correct transmission for your gearing, it should work. The transmission has either a tailshaft housing or the transfer case mounted at the rear flange of the trans, so you'd just need to be sure the transfer case in your truck works properly. And again, I'm saying "should" work. I've never seen one which wouldn't, but the last transfer case I dropped and trans I changed out was on a mid-1990s Ford. And you're still going to need the correct transmission for your rear diff ratio and all the right re-programming (which may have to come from the dealer, but call some reputable transmission shops about it, too).
