How big of a front spacer? Are you getting a lot of coil bucket contact?

Did you have the front end aligned?
What type of wheels and tires are you running?
"just seems like titan rides rough as hell on any semi rough road " Is there something you don't get about your own words?
Rough road in any vehicle (especially a truck) will be a rough ride. How does it do on regular streets?

Suppose to be getting aligned tomorrow. Rims are pro comp 18" with 275 70 r18 fierce attitude. I understand what you mean by just driving on a rough road in general but just seems like my company truck which is a 2010 chevy 2500 hd rides 10 times nicer on the same rough road as my Titan

Yeah, but your company truck isn't lifted, and doesn't have off road tires....
It's a whole new ball game, once you lift and tread differently.
Good luck, I hope it smooths out for you.

I've got an '07 KC 4x2 with the exact same mods (prothane bushings aren't in yet tho) - and, I've got 08+ 4x4 springs - which would make mine sprung more stiff. Mine rides great..at least, I really like it. I'm placing my bet on those "Fierce Attitude" tire being the problem

EDIT: When you installed your PRG end links to your Stillen sway bar, how many threads did you have showing on them? I've got 6 showing..I'm guessing adjusting them to be longer will make it ride more stiff too?

As a avid racing enthusiast ive done pro thane bushings in a lot of cars and the answer to why it rides rough is simple... Look at the rubber your replacing its very soft, polyurethane bushings are rock hard...

In my opinion unless you intend on racing or drifting ( in a car ) or Rock climbing ( where you need a predictable suspension) Don't waste your money because all your doing is transferring all that roughness of the road Directly to your chassis frame and steering wheel

Thats my solid opinion and ive had a lot of cars with bushings

I think with more threads showing, it's more like not having them connected at all. So more left vs. right side independence on uneven roads or off road ... but a little more lean in a curve until the sway bar will provide any stability.

I just lengthened mine some. I originally took them off because I was getting a side to side rocking on uneven roads with a lot of pothole patches. This went away and I was really happy, but my wife complained she was getting tossed around more. I started noticing this a little after she mentioned it, so I got new Nissan bushings, lengthened the PRG endlinks, and reinstalled. This was super easy to do ... didn't even have to jack it up, but I now have a black eye from the torque wrench hitting my check. :teeth:

crajas88, what psi are you running the tires at?
Although some tire places put in too little, like 35 psi because of the placard on the driver door seal states 35 psi, (but that's for the OEM passenger tires, not a Light Truck tire), but at the other extreme, I've read of tire shops filling them up with the maximum, which is often as high as 65 psi, and even 80 psi on some sizes. That would definitely make for a sh** ride. For most Titans between 40 and 44 psi seems to be a good compromise, but you usually need around 50 psi to match the load rating OEM Passenger rated tires that max out at 35 psi. An E rated tire, even at 35 psi can be a bit harsh though. My last two sets were E load rated with 3-ply sidewalls, and I'm really liking having a D load rated tire again because of the softer sidewalls.

Prothane bushing thing was interesting ... hadn't heard of it before.

crajas88, a lot of people, even mechanics put together the Bilstein struts incorrectly, and the strut sticks out the top of the coil bucket or something. There are threads on this, (some with diagrams and pics on the proper order), and that might be worth checking too.
