I have a 2004 Titan SE with a 6 inch Pro Comp lift in it. I just bought the truck so I don't know much about it yet. The front shocks are bad and I can honestly say I have never seen anything like them before. After hours of searching many sites it looks as if it is an MX 2.75 Compression strut. Is there a comparable Rancho strut quick lift that I can put in there as I have no clue where to get that precise shock. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

they are full replacement coilovers. you can get ICONs that will bolt right up (bracket lift coilovers) or you can buy the pro comp spacers and run a OEM style coilover.

if you just want the spacers this guy probably has some http://www.titantalk.com/forums/members/11665-thebassn8tr.html then you can get OEM assemblies from MOOG, 1Auto, or Bilsteins with Moog springs and assemble them yourself.
