THIS INSTALL AND TUNE WAS DONE IN LANDSDALE PA AT R/T TUNING and Vince was the guy who tuned it.
So first pic is of the secondary injector slots you can see they have been filled by screws installed by Stillen came with this custom kit I bought from Stillen.
Next Pic is a list of everything you need for this install items wise not tools. How Vince tuned this was he had to disable the knock sensor due to the sound of the supercharger it kept wanting to changing the timing. He said before he disabled the knock sensor it would only put down around 385hp or so. fourth pic is of the fuel line had to use this so the fuel line was not on the supercharger I can also use this to measure fuel pressure in the future if I wanted to.
Last pic is what it looks like installed. Dyno numbers are 420hp and 403tq with 440 injectors.

I really think Stillen should build this kit now instead of the plug and play much more power and reliability and better for the tranny.

Awesome man - definitely following this with interest, as I'm going with upgraded primaries and UpRev next month. 415 / 395 is legit bro.

440 injectors seem a little on the small side from what the other discussions were (555, 655, 720 if I'm remembering correctly). I'm interested in what the reasoning was on that.

What other "go-fast" mods are you running to get those numbers?

So you kept the stock fuel rails and did the mod of just did the injectors and left the rail alone?
The HP is higher then the TQ thats different.
Did you weld the secondary injectors holes or did you just plug them with those bolts?

I spoke to stiegemeier again today and he keeps recommending to change the pulley size like he did on the kit they have there now. He said his pulley change will give you about 3lbs. more but I don't know if the stock motor can handle that?

These kits should be producing 6 pounds of boost as they come from our facility. An additional 3 pounds of boost without supporting modifications would concern me. I'm curious if they're changing anything else at the same time they're increasing boost? I'm sure this is with custom tuning, but I'm more referring to internal engine/trans/differential modifications?

Here is a pic of the dyno sheet. You are correct about the injectors every one says you need bigger but the shop here said trust him he new what he was doing. So final numbers 420HP and 403TQ hell ya. Updated the dyno pic. You can see my before and after on this dyno RED is with the Supercharger and Blue is my mods. Here is a pic of how the secondary injectors were filled by stillen looks pretty good.

So did he do the rail mod as well or just bolt them to the new injectors.
Those are really good numbers just by doing the up-rev tune vs the stillen piggy back. Did you have the stillen injector holes welded or plugged with bolts?

Those are awesome numbers prepared to the stillen piggy back!

So this is my little project that was started yesterday here is what I have now. More pics, videos and details to come. Oh ya, here are the current HP and TQ numbers 415hp 395tq at the rear wheel. I will post the dyno graphs when she is all done. Also,I am using 440 size injectors. The dyno is a dyno jet.

Hey bud,

I'm glad we were able to put this package together for you! Very exciting stuff! Vince at RT Tuning does some great work and I'm happy he was able to spec out everything for you.

To answer some of the questions, we went ahead and machined the manifold prior to shipping. This customer wanted the opportunity to use the stock ECU to handle the tuning so we simply removed our injectors, wiring, piggyback, and fuel rails. Threaded the injector holes and inserted some fittings to close them off...The rest was handled by RT Tuning.

I have heard many great compliments about Vince @ RT tuning! He is currently offering UpRev Lic/dyno tuning for $500......! Awesome price!...

No doubt - the pulley would be tempting, but jumping from 6 to 9 is a pretty big jump. I definitely would not volunteer to be the guinea pig.....


...which is exactly why YOU need to :king:

Subscribed....Awesome numbers. About 100hp over a header/tune Titan. Awesome man, what does your truck look like? You may be able to squeeze in the 12's if she performa like the dyno numbers show.

So, this list should help out who ever wants to do the switch to the up-rev tuned Stillen Supercharger. Ok, so here is a list of my Mods I have a DT Longtube headers, magnaflow muffler duel in and single 3in out dumped before the axle and an Injen intake that is all I have and these are the numbers I put down with this kit. Here is a list of everything that was used for this install. The shop had to fabricated some things because they did not come with this kit. This thing is AWESOME the power is unreal. These numbers came off of 93 octane fuel. I have 3 maps set up with Uprev 93,91,towing and valet and security. I still cant believe I put down 420hp and 403 TQ :eek2: I as so pleased with this setup. Also traveled 400miles with a trailer last night after the install and not one problem the gas mileage was even 13.1 not bad for a supercharger pulling a 1400lbs trailer.
So is it safe to say I have the most powerful STILLEN Supercharged truck:redblob"? I cant recall anyone with this high of numbers unless they have a custom turbo set up.

I also know to get this power he turned off the KNOCK SENSOR. I know this is for safety of the motor but with the noise of the supercharger it just kept changing the timing.

Congrats on the great numbers man. Those are awesome for the relatively short list of supporting mods.

I've been pushing the idea that an UpRev Dyno tune would get me a good chunk of power by itself. I have a similar list of mods (SC, CAI, LT headers, mid pipes, catback), but I'm only putting down 361/389.

Based on your list and dyno, unless I'm mistaken, I could expect to brdige the gap between 361 (me) to 420 (you) simply by doing larger primaries (eliminated secondaries), and an UpRev tune.

Congrats!!! I think you & Jpac are about tied on HP for SC'ed Titans! :)

Just for your own safety you might want to blank out your personal info on your invoice. You never know...

my next project for this truck will be a new rear axle with a locker as long as my transmission holds up. But I will tell the the trans feels stout no slipping nice firm shifts and that was all while pulling a trailer. I cant wait to get it to the track but at this time the track is closed for the season, I will be in Texas from 19-31 dec so maybe then if the tracks are open down there anyone from that area have an idea?
