Well I finally updated my exhaust and it sounds perfect now with NO drone and 95% of the rasp is eliminated. Has a nice sound at idle and under WOT and partial throttle it sounds amazing.

My setup as goes now is

-Doug Thorley Long Tubes
into
-True Dual 2.5in piping (NO CATS)
into
-Magnaflow 2.5in X-PIPE
into
-Dual Magnaflow Magnapacks 2.5in IN/OUT
into
-Dual Flowmaster 40 Series 2.5in IN/OUT
into
-Dual APEXI N1 Exhaust Resonators Dumped
(Got them off a NEW Apexi N1 catback midpipe for a Mitsubishi Eclispe GSX turbo, which are 2.5in IN/OUT, REAL MADE IN JAPAN. I kept the Apexi N1 Muffler for my VH45DE swap into my 1990 240sx coupe.)

I basically used the Apexi resonators as exhaust tips, it sounds so good now.
