[2010 bigdog]

i have a 2010 nissan titan 4x4 and just found out my upper ball joint (on passenger side is bad and was wondering if i should replace both sides and if i should just buy the MOOG upper control arm with the upper ball joint included ? My titan has about 47000 miles. Also what is a good price for the install and the part?

Just buy the moog arms. If price is not an issue go with some dirt king uppers. You can get the moogs for $50-60 a piece. It shouldn't take more than a couple hours to do at a shop maybe $150 in labour depending on what the shop charges per hour.

Yep, I would buy the Moogs. I saw a thread around here somewhere that a guy tried to replace the ball joins with the arms still installed. After much frustration he ended up having to take them off anyhow. It's kind of like rotors. Why bother taking them off, traveling to a shop to have them turn them, then back home to put them back on? My time is more important than saving maybe $40.

if your truck is lifted i would definitely looked into the DK uppers! if your stock than you're better off running the MOOG's!

its not lifted but has a leveling kit only on it. Question just found out while replacing the upper control arms that one of the coil springs are cracked so the question is do i buy a spring/strut combo or just springs? And what brand?
