Is anyone getting better than $8500 from MSRP from their dealers? I'm getting prices from the mid $27K to high $30K for similar SE configurations. I've read about people getting $10K off but that doesn't seem to be in this area.

Where in NY are you? Here, you get whatever incentive Nissan is offering....that's it. This time of year, you get no breaks on 4X4s around here. Oh you may find a leftover $48k Armada or two laying around that they'll take a chunk off to move but....nothing more.
