Just got back a used oil analysis since my truck just went out of warranty. I had been wanting to run to the new Penzoil Ultra but can never find it in 5w-30. I'll probably stretch her out to 7000, recheck and call it good. This report is testament to factory engineering performing as it should. All the filters are OE etc. On this interval there was a 1500 mile trip with speeds averaging 85 and up, some towing but not much, and general mountain driving.

Looks great. Walmart usually had a pretty good supply of Pennzoil Ultra. If you are going to go for a longer oil change interval, I would suggest using the M1-110 Mobil 1 filter or the Fram XG (not the orange can), but the one that costs about $8.00. I am only basing that on my reports, but yours looks great! Low wear metals and plenty of additive left...Pennzoil is a great choice.
I finally found Penzoil Ultra in stock at the local Walmart. I believe that is more robust than Penzoild platinum though PP is a great oil IMO.

I bought a 10 pack of Nissan OE filters from my dealer. My dealer matched the price at Courtesy Nissan. I am happy with both the air and oil filtration (as well as the wear metals) though I have been tempted by a CAI many times.

I have read your UOA over at Bitog (or maybe it was here) btw. I am happy with the wear characteristics of our engine and the entire VQ line for that matter.
