(VIDEO)Noisy at idle. Is this the normal injector ticking thats so common?

As the weather has gotten colder, my titans ticking seems to have gotten louder. Is this still just the injectors ticking away or could there be something more to it? I can hear it in the cabin(softly) when the A/C and radio are off. Only noticeable when idling or coasting in a parking lot etc.

One other symptom that I doubt is related, when i go to accelerate from a stop, right as the throttle hits load, there is a rattle(?) type sound just for a beif second as it starts to pull. Sounds like its coming from the bottom of the engine area.

Thanks for any suggestions guys. Happy New Year!

My money is on a failed timing chain guide. Your chain may now be rubbing on the inside cover near the water pump. It's fairly common on the vq's, I wouldn't be surprised if vk's do it too.
Sea foam will not fix a mechanical noise like that.
I can hear the normal vk 56 sounds underneath all that racket that I believe to be a loose chain.
If you have any mechanical ability you can do it yourself for next to nothing. I would not even consider replacing the chain unless it's damaged.
It's a time consuming job, but you should be able to replace just the guides.....While you're there maybe a water pump and tensioner too.
You tube is your friend.
My money is still on the chain guide.
Sea foam might help with sticky hydraulic lifters, but I doubt it'll help with solid cam followers.
