Vk56de -> Vk45de?

I've read that the VK56DE is a version of the VK45DE, just bored (93-98mm) and stroked (82.7-92mm). Is this true?

Also, that being said, would the block have the same mounting points, etc. so that a VK45DE can be swapped from say, an FX45, into a Titan and (more importantly) vice versa?

Btw I have an FX35 with the VQ35DE...

Very interesting reading there, a lot of good info. What really surprised me was the fact that the vk56de weighs less than the vk45de and much less then the competition.
