I've had the Volant CAI on my truck for a few years and every so often, more often than not, the filter falls off the intake tube even though the hose clamp is practically crushing the tube.

Does this happen to anyone else? Any good fix tips where I can still remove the filter to clean it periodically?

Same thing happened on my Titan with the Volant PowerCore filter. I have the dry filter (non-oiled).

Could maybe put a small screw or two through the rubber boot into the tube? Or maybe double sticky tape some sand paper around the outer edge of the tube to give some friction? Spit balling ideas here.

I just checked mine. It's still on tight. I think the last time I looked at it was 20k miles ago.

I try the double stick tape this weekend if I can't trade my truck in for a Raptor first.
