I've been trying to find something for my 17 pro4x. And just not really having any luck. I was able to get a quote from a shop to make a plate winch bumper, with push bars and some other options for between 1500 and 1700. Just not sure i want to spend that much...

Don't do it. That's KMA/TAG bumpers re-named and back on the market. They'll take your money and you'll either not get a bumper or get a poorly made one.

That's what I was wondering if they were associated with those other companies or not.
The quote I got was from a independent custom shop.

So is 1500 to 1700 for a custom plate style bumper with push bars, sensors, winch capable (jus not installed or purchased) light cut out, and shackles, and a little tubing work sound about right?

The shop is hesitant on a grill guard as there isn't really a second anchor point accessible in the 17s like the 1st Gen body styles. Just have the tow hooks.
Thoughts.
Builder has a great reputation and had his shop for almost 20 years. And his previous work looks really good.
I know the fab fours are around 1300 but they are not making anything for the non XD titans per my phone calls to them.

That's not bad, especially for the newer trucks. It hasn't been out long enough to have name brands build them for cheaper. You're going custom to get what you want so that's always going to cost a little more.

I have never had something fabricated before so the inital stick shock is what got me. I'd still need to get and actual winch for it. Grant it, it would probably never get used any recommendations?

You know, if this is TAG back under a different name...I really wish that they had a good track record. These are the only rear bumpers for the Titan that I've been able to find with swing out tire carriers. It's a shame their company has such a bad reputation, because they do have some pretty neat available features.
