I live on a private road in FL where it looks like an atv track (seriously) I have rebuilt my front end twice with moog parts in 14 months time and crushed my exhaust.
I have my front end all torn apart with again new moog everything for steering, suspension, hubs, struts etc but if I can find s good deal on a lift and use the new Bilstien adjustable 5100?s then I should be good.

Looking for 6? which would be good clearance for my road.

6 inch lift wont give you any more ground clearance to the important parts of your truck, but will give you clearance in the middle so you don't high center. Taller tires give you the clearance you ard looking for

Yes but to get bigger tires to fit with no rubbing I would need to lift the truck

You'll basically need a 6" to fit 35's if that's what you're headed for. User thebassn8ter has a lift he's trying to sell.

not sure what kind of budget you have, but I don't know if I'd buy somebody's used lift. Throwing cheap/clapped out/worn parts at your truck will likely leave you in the same position you are already in to be honest. Maybe for a budget lift you can do a body lift or something, but I wouldn't recommend that either. Save a little and buy that rc lift. Lots of guys run that setup, not many problems reported from it either, that I can tell.

If I find a complete lift, I already have new upper/lower ball joints, inner/outer tie rods, hubs and struts ready to be put on, If all I need it bolts, u-bolts, uca bushings then why not if lift is in good shape? I just missed a RC 6? lift on craigslist for $500 so I will keep looking to see if something pops up.

Cheeva,

You right, all the lift components are brackets and spacers usually, good call. Keep your eyes peeled on here too, always some kind of buy/sell going on.
