Man I have an XE and slowly changing into an SE....it is not cheap and do your research. If you waant the chrome bumper,read my post in exterior mods about needing end caps when I purchased the chrome. Last I heard the bumper alone is about $900 not painted ends, $400 for the grille, $50 chrome handles, and don't know about the emblems. It's expensive just to look stock. your better of looking into after market looks.

power windows and locks ( after market ) can be purchased from A1 Electric.com , i purchased mine for my 07 xe for $ 305.00 included keyless entry , alarm, window motors for cable system, power locks, not very difficult to install just time consuming

I have a pair of chrome mirrors of a 2004, well I will do as soon as I take them off and replace them with the big tow mirrors I just bought.

Where you at ? I'll give you a price inc. shipping ? Mine are powered and heated, not sure if that will work with what you have, you'll have to ask someone else.
