My 04 Titan had water\condensation inside of the left headlight when I bought it 2 months ago. It never cleared up in that time so I bought a used one off Ebay and 4 days after install, it to had condensation inside the light. Is there anybody thats ever had this problem and is there a way to seal it without buying a new one? Please help!

Had the same thing happen to both headlights at different times but had it replaced under warranty. Never tried to find the problem. I would assume if you remove the headlight you can dry it out and reseal the seams and check the rubber o-ring on the bulbs. That should do it.

I haven't noticed this on my truck, and it really hasn't been a common problem that I've seen reported on any of the forums. There is a nice write up over on the 'other' site www. c l u b t i t a n. o r g on how to take the headlight housing apart:

I actually got alot of conesation in my driver's side headlight n a real bad rain storm about 3 or 4 months ago. I have it on a list of things for the dealer to fix, when I get time to bring it in.

Technical Service Bulletin 03074 deals with this issue. Take it into the dealer, it should be covered by them even if the truck is out of warranty.
