I wouldn't mind buying 2 brackets. My kit only came with 4. I would like to add one to the center just like OEM. Let me know bro.
Westin SureGrips
Ok, what a pain in the ***. The Westin web site recommends a 79" board (27-6135). I called Westin to ask if this would fit the 2008 and they said yes, so ordered some + brackets.
2 big issues. My 2008 has 4 mounting points per side and the bracket kit only comes with 3 brackets per side. Westin doesn't sell a kit with 4 brackets so you have to get 2 kits (12 brackets instead of 8).
The second issue is 79" is too short. If you mount them as you would expect they don't reach to the end of the second door. Westin is "thinking" about making 85/86" boards. Their current recommendation is to buy the 93" boards and cut them down (you'd think Westin could do that).
Anyway, the place I ordered them from is sending me new ones and picking up the old boards for free. I have to pay the difference for the 93 inch boards + new kit.
Needless to say I will have 4 extra brackets available for anyone wanting to beef up their step support on their crew cabs.

I don't know the cost + shipping yet. I want to see what the place charged me for the mounting kits - I think somewhere around $100 for the kit. That'd make it about $33 a pair + shipping.
