Yours look like the stock SE 5 spoke rims. 18x8 +25mm offset, 5.5" backspacing. The 6 spoke LE rims on the '04-'07 had the same specs.
The Off Road 7 spoke and XE steelies were 17x7.5" with +30 mm offset, 5.4" backspacing.

Lug pattern is 6 on 5.5" also shown as 6x139.7mm

The newer 18's and 20's are essentially the same as the old 18's. I saw one at a dealer that had 28 embossed on the inside of it, as well as Enkei. It's possible that it was some type of dealer package that included an aftermarket rim. Idk ... wasn't familiar with what the newer ones looked like at the time. Anyone notice their '08+ rims with Enkei embossed on them?

An example of a couple of combinations that probably work.
22" x 9.5" KMC BRODIE CHROME 6x139.7 offset=15mm This give about 5.84" backspacing, and sticks in about the same as the popular 18x9 with +18mm 5.71" backspacing, 1/8" more, so would stick out 3/8" more, 1 1/8" more than stock 18's.

With my current rims, they stick out 1" more than stock 18's, and I had to trim at the pinch weld with 34" Terra Grapplers with a 2.5" leveling kit, but with a 32.7" P305/45R22 118S you would probably clear the pinch weld, but maybe rub on the fender liner that can be heated with a blow dryer or heat gun, and maybe trim or remove the mudguards.

The Liquid Metal Gatlin 22X9.5 6-139.7 10C (+10 mm Chrome), 5.64" backspacing from Disccounttiredirect.com would stick out just an additional 5 mm, 1/5", so rubbing issues would be only be a little worse.

The Vision Xtacy 22X9.5 6-139.7 20BMF (+20mm black machined face), 6" BS, from Disccounttiredirect.com would stick in just an additional 5 mm, 1/5", so rubbing issues would be better.

With trimming a 33x12.5R20LT might work with this one ... Toyo M/T.

so would this fit? it says they are for titans and armadas

Size - 22 x 9.0

Bolt Pattern -6 x 139.7 ( 6 x 5.5 )

Offset - +15

Centerbore to fit - 78.1mm
Yes ...5.59" backspacing, and would stick out 1" more than stock. It would stick out the same as the 1/2" wider Xtacy, (bottom one), and would be a good choice ... and less likely to rub on anything like the UCA, stock spindle, etc. with a wide tire or M/T

what would the truck look like with +18mm offset? it doesnt say what the backspacing is
18 Inch Wheels - 18 Inch Rims for your 2005 NISSAN TRUCK TITAN XE -SE -LE 2WD -4WD - Wheels and Rims from Performance Plus Tire[]=271
the first ones on that page.
I see a few different widths there. If it is a 9" width rim, (measures 10"), the backspacing is 5.71" for +18mm offset.

For 8.5", (9.5" measured), +18mm offset, the backspacing is 5.5", (same as the stock 8" width rims with +25mm offset).

For 9.5" rims, (10.5" measured), +18mm offset is 6.0" backspacing ... this might be tucked in too much for some tires. I think people running low profile street tires like you see on 22" or 24" rims can run around 6.5" backspacing, but Idk.

See one for an 18x8" rim too with +18mm offset ... 5.25" backspacing, and sticks in 1/4" less than the stock 8" rims do.

All of the above +18mm offsets rims stick in different amounts, which is why it's better to use backspacing when describing rims. An 8" rim with 5.5" backspacing inside edge sticks in just as far as a 12" rim with 5.5" backspacing, and without thinking about it the 12" will stick out 4" more than the 8".

It will stick out 1/2" more, because with the same backspacing as stock, you only need to look at the width difference, (stocks are 8" nominal width).

Would I be able to fit 20x9 without a lift?
